Online product orders are typically processed and shipped between 2-3 business days. We do our best to keep popular items in stock, but from time to time certain items are on backorder. In the event of a possible shipping delay, we will inform you via email.

Purchase of our item constitutes your agreement of these terms. Items must be paid in full before shipment.

Once you are issued a proof on digital item purchases, final or otherwise, there are no refunds issued. Duh, We’ve already done all the work :) Although you are purchasing the file (and the right to print it), we still hold the copyright for the design - please do not claim it as your own.
