Shipping Information

Orders will typically be shipped via FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail (tracking included) after your approval of a proof. We ship domestically from Texas and Ohio twice a week on all non wedding suites. We run a processing schedule for all orders. Custom orders will ship upon completion according to your client scheduling. Once USPS tracking is marked delivered there will be no refunds or discounts.

We only ship to the address on file with your order to prevent fraud. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes since the tracking can not be confirmed. Cherish Creations is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Once returned we can reship the order for a new shipping fee. 

We love working with our international clients. We use USPS International and Global Express, this is a 5-7 turnaround for international bridal clients. For smaller orders we use International Priority which is around 14 days in delivery. Cherish Creations is not responsible for any international customs regulations, delays or duties that may occur. Confirm regulations and fees with your local customs office.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We always want to work with you to reach an agreement.

Unused and unaltered orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Used, altered, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Please contact us and let us know you will be returning the item and why.  Once we have received the item and have made sure it is not damaged and it is in its original packaging, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item only. We will NOT refund any shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged due to post office negligence we ask that you contact us with a photo and we will do our best to help you. 

This does not apply to personalized orders. Personalized orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. A 65% deposit is taken to personalize custom orders and this deposit cannot be refunded once proofs are issued.

Upon final approval of your proof, Cherish Creations cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words, etc). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, Cherish Creations is required to charge for a reprint.
